So, as mentioned in the Chilli sin Carne recipe, this is a very indulgent and enjoyable dessert. This post isn’t so much a recipe, more me bragging with a photo of the strawberries!!
I simply melted dark vegan chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of hot water, then dipped each strawberry in the melted heavenly mixture. I had to spoon it over most times, so maybe putting the melted chocolate into a small cup may be a good idea, so that you can just dip. Whatever the method, I love chocolate, and I love strawberries, so this was dreamy for me….
