Delicious and simple humous bun

Today I had a lovely lovely sandwich for lunch so thought I’d share it with you, its not very advanced so all the better!

Ingredients:

-vegan buns

-‘sogood’ reduced fat humous

-Cucumber (sliced)

-spring onion (chopped)

-lettuce

-black olives

-tomato

 

Method:

1. Spread both sides of the vegan bun with a thick layer of humous

2. Layer the veg on, (I had this with sweet potato chips so I roasted the olives for a few mins too).

3. Enjoy!
