Day before my exam. Was in the library until 4am… So was definitely filled with rice cracker snacks galore and 2 litres of mint tea!
Breakfast– green juice with spirulina (kale, broccoli stalk, cucumber, apple etc)
Lunch– salad sandwich again
Dinner– I was in a rush, as I came home ate then went back to library all in 45 mins… So it was half an onion and a pepper fried, then a jar of curry added and some basmati rice and spinach added. Bam dinner in 10 minutes (take that Jamie Oliver… Mine actually took 10)
Snacks– holland and barratt Thai chilli rice crackers (I think I ate about 1,000 calories worth today… Oh god!) and the boys bought me some rice cakes from tesco in a bid to find something vegan aww!
