Day 18- king of all salads

Breakfast – juice ( 7 carrots, broccoli stalk, inch of ginger root, 3 inches of cucumber, with 2 tbsp hemp) seeds

Lunch– soup

Dinner– teriyaki noodles with sesame seeds (image taken from a previous blog post (https://veganconvert.wordpress.com/2012/09/29/udon-wok-fried-noodles-meets-the-thirsty-scholar/) because I didn’t take a photo… But was the exact same ingredients- red pepper, onion, spring onion, sesame seeds, udon noodles, garlic, ginger, teriyaki and soy sauce)

Snacks some free tea from my housemate who’s doing free tea/coffee at the library woohoo! And a litre of mint tea to get me through loads of revision!
